About the Opportunity: TENEX is scaling its outbound engine, and we need a Senior BDR who is both a top producer and a multiplier for the reps around them.

This is a player-coach role: you'll carry your own pipeline number while building the sequences, tooling, and coaching muscle that make the whole team faster.

If you've built Clay workflows, wired your own stack together, and love turning a messy funnel into a repeatable machine, we want to talk.

• Master and model the modern BDR stack. Operate as a power user across prospecting and enrichment (Apollo, Clay), engagement, and CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Build enrichment workflows at scale. Design Clay workflows to source, score, and personalize outreach — not one message at a time, but across the whole target list.
