Job Overview

  • The Senior Business Development Officer will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving the company's growth initiatives.
  • This role is suitable for an individual with 6 to 10 years of experience who has a passion for sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies, especially within the Construction sector in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data to develop actionable insights and strategies for business growth.
  • Business Development Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing effective business development strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate potential business partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
  • Create and execute plans for expanding the customer base and entering new markets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients.
  • Provide clients with relevant information about the company's services.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Support sales activities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Assist in negotiating and closing business deals.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Previous experience in the Construction field is a MUST.
  • Proven track record of supporting sales targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Cognitive and Technical Competency: Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem solving.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
