We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of regional growth strategy and lead high value client acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion Strategy: Develop and execute regional business development strategies across aviation logistics and enterprise transport sectors.
Client Acquisition: Identify and secure high value corporate and government contracts across Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.
Revenue Growth: Build structured pipelines and forecast long term revenue performance with clear KPIs and reporting systems.
Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including airlines freight forwarders and enterprise clients.
Cross Functional Coordination: Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure commercial agreements are aligned with delivery capability.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 6 plus years in business development sales or commercial management roles with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
Track Record: Proven experience in closing high value contracts and managing long sales cycles in B2B environments.
Industry Exposure: Experience in logistics aviation supply chain or enterprise services is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong negotiation presentation and stakeholder management abilities in English.
Arabic is a strong advantage.
Mindset: You are strategic results driven and comfortable operating in fast moving competitive markets with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Pay: ﷼30,000.00 - ﷼45,000.00 per month
