- Identify, prospect, and open new BFSI and enterprise accounts in the Saudi market
- Self generate pipeline through trigger led outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, referral networks, and event based engagement
- Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Grow wallet share across landed accounts by cross selling additional services
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business cases tailored to each client
- Lead RFP, RFQ, and tender submissions for priority accounts
- Maintain a live, qualified pipeline of at minimum 4x quarterly revenue target
- Keep CRM records current and accurate
- Provide regular pipeline and forecast updates to sales leadership
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of opening new accounts and generating pipeline
- Experience in BFSI and enterprise accounts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage full sales cycle from outreach to close

Overview
- Electronic Solutions L.L.C. is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The role focuses on opening new BFSI and enterprise accounts and driving full cycle sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and open new BFSI and enterprise accounts in the Saudi market and beyond.
- Self generate pipeline through trigger led outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, referral networks, and event based engagement.
- Research and map target accounts before outreach.
- Drive a consistent volume of first meetings and qualify opportunities quickly.
- Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Land with the lowest friction entry point and build from there.
- Within 90 days of winning a first deal, identify and progress the next 2 3 expansion opportunities.
- Grow wallet share across landed accounts by cross selling additional services.
- Build multi threaded relationships across IT, HR, Finance, and Digital functions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business cases.
- Lead RFP, RFQ, and tender submissions.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of opening new accounts and generating pipeline.
- Experience in BFSI and enterprise accounts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage full sales cycle.
