Job Overview Summary
- The Senior Business Development Manager identifies and pursues strategic business opportunities, partnerships, and new markets within the security industry.

Strategic Opportunity Identification
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, markets, and product expansion.
- Evaluate potential business avenues and create plans to target high impact opportunities.
Relationship Development
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Serve as primary point of contact for high level client engagements and partnerships.
Proposal & Deal Management
- Develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with major clients.
- Ensure all business development activities are compliant with company policies and contribute to revenue goals.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify value propositions.
- Use insights to adapt business strategies and stay ahead of market changes.
Cross functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align business development strategies.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure alignment on contracts, budgets, and other business aspects.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report on the success of business development initiatives and partnerships.
- Use data and feedback to refine strategies and improve results over time.

Pay Transparency Statement
- Base salary range: $88,700 $187,300 per year.
- May also be eligible for variable bonus or commission, health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
