Role Description
Senior Business Development Manager responsible for building and developing a Training & Professional Development business in Saudi Arabia.
The role combines business model development, training portfolio creation, regulatory approvals, strategic partnerships, and commercial growth.
The position is full-time and based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute the business development strategy for the training business.
- Identify market needs and develop professional training programs and courses.
- Lead official approvals and accreditations in Saudi Arabia.
- Develop relationships with government entities, accreditation bodies, trainers, professional organizations, and corporate clients.
- Build the corporate training client base and develop new revenue streams.
- Develop partnerships, commercial proposals, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Establish and manage a sustainable sales pipeline and business development process.
Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience in the Saudi training, education, or professional development sector.
- Hands-on experience developing training programs and obtaining official approvals or accreditations in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi training market and relevant regulatory environment.
- Established network with corporate, government, training, and professional organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to build business and generate revenue from new markets or services.
- Strong leadership, commercial, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Fluent Arabic is essential; excellent English is preferred.
