Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC markets
- Generate qualified leads through direct prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and partner channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, decision makers, and key stakeholders
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing
- Understand customer business requirements and coordinate with technical and professional services teams to propose suitable solutions
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers
- Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline using the company CRM system
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and gross profit targets
- Develop account plans and identify opportunities for cross selling, upselling, renewals, and expansion
- Coordinate with technology vendors, distributors, and internal teams throughout the sales process
- Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, webinars, networking events, and business development activities
- Provide regular sales forecasts, opportunity updates, and market feedback to management

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and results driven Senior Business Development Manager with strong knowledge of the UAE and GCC technology market.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with enterprise customers, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving assigned revenue and gross profit targets.
