Amol Bora Real Estate Valuation Services L.L.C. is hiring an experienced business development leader for its Dubai real estate valuation practice.

The role will own and grow the firm’s client base as it scales its UAE operations.

The Dubai practice is part of Amol Bora and Co., a valuation practice with approximately 40 years of history.

The wider practice has delivered more than 3,000 real estate valuations in India and maintains relationships with over 40 financial institutions.

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed engagement for RERA-compliant real estate valuations.
Build and manage relationships with property owners, developers, banks, and corporates.
Develop a referral network across real estate agencies, brokers, and financial institutions in Dubai.
Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events.
Drive revenue growth toward a target exceeding AED 1.5 million per annum.

Solid, proven sales or business development experience, ideally in real estate, financial services, or a related B2B field.
A track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
An existing network in Dubai’s real estate or finance ecosystem is a plus.
A UAE driving license is preferred.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable owning a revenue number.
