Job Summary

  • The PR & Business Manager – Senior Digital Doctor role is a business development and client advisory position within Moris Media.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, converting assigned leads, preparing proposals, handling client meetings, supporting strategic campaigns, guiding junior team members, and contributing to revenue growth.
  • This role is not limited to regular sales follow ups; the candidate will act as a strategic advisor.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Understand client requirements, business objectives, communication challenges, and campaign expectations.
  • Conduct client meetings to identify pain points and recommend suitable PR, branding, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or reputation focused solutions.
  • Take ownership of assigned leads and work toward converting them into long term business opportunities.
  • Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements, industry needs, budget suitability, and campaign objectives.
  • Present proposals clearly and professionally to clients, founders, business owners, senior professionals, and decision makers.
  • Maintain regular follow ups with prospective clients, existing clients, internal teams, and management.
  • Track sales pipelines, client discussions, proposal stages, conversion status, and revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinate with PR, content, social media, creative, influencer, SEO, and digital marketing teams to ensure client requirements are communicated properly.
  • Support high value campaigns by ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
  • Guide Junior Digital Doctors by helping them understand client handling, proposal preparation, communication standards, and follow up discipline.
  • Allow junior team members to shadow meetings where required and support their practical learning.

Business Development & Revenue Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for assigned business leads and ensure timely communication.
  • Convert suitable leads into confirmed business through proper consultation, proposal presentation, and follow up.
  • Identify client needs and position Moris Media’s services as practical business solutions.
  • Build long term client relationships instead of focusing only on short term sales.
  • Support upselling and cross selling opportunities where suitable for the client.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of active leads, proposals, negotiations, and follow up stages.
  • Work with management to understand monthly business goals and performance expectations.
  • Ensure that all client commitments are realistic, properly communicated, and aligned with company capabilities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients across different industries.
  • Understand client expectations before suggesting campaign solutions.
  • Manage client communication with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
  • Ensure clients receive timely updates regarding proposals, campaign discussions, and assigned work.
  • Coordinate internally to avoid communication gaps between client requirements and execution teams.
  • Handle client concerns, revised expectations, urgent requirements, and feedback in a calm and solution focused manner.
  • Support client satisfaction through proper follow up, clear communication, and responsible account handling.

Leadership & Team Coordination

  • Guide junior team members in client communication, lead handling, proposal coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Support team learning through practical examples, feedback, and structured guidance.
  • Delegate tasks when required and monitor completion without affecting client communication quality.
  • Help maintain accountability within the team.
  • Share useful observations with management regarding team performance, training needs, and client handling improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to support timely execution of business and campaign requirements.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Media, Advertising, or Brand Communication will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with academic exposure to sales, marketing, PR, media, digital communication, business development, client servicing, or advertising may be considered.
  • Strong English communication skills are required.
  • Additional language proficiency may be an advantage.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3 years and maximum 7 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, public relations, client servicing, digital marketing, advertising, media sales, influencer marketing, brand communication, corporate communication, or account management is preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in PR agency sales, digital marketing agency sales, media coordination, client acquisition, proposal pitching, corporate sales, founder level communication, reputation management, social media campaigns, SEO services, content marketing, influencer campaigns, or high value
  • Candidates should have prior exposure to revenue responsibility, client meetings, proposal discussions, negotiation, follow up management, and business conversion.

Training & Probation

  • The first 3 months will include training and probation.
  • During this period, the candidate will learn Moris Media’s service portfolio, Digital Doctor consultation approach, client communication standards, proposal formats, internal coordination process, CRM usage, reporting structure, and business development expectations.
  • Performance during probation will be reviewed based on attendance, sincerity, learning progress, client communication, proposal work, lead handling, business contribution, reporting discipline, teamwork, and overall conduct.
  • Confirmation after probation will depend on performance review, role suitability, professional conduct, business contribution, and management evaluation.

Personality Fit

  • Comfortable speaking with business owners, founders, senior professionals, decision makers, and clients from different industries.
  • Confident in communication, proposal discussion, client follow ups, and professional representation.
  • Consultative in approach and able to understand client problems before recommending services.
  • Result focused and comfortable working with business goals, revenue expectations, and performance reviews.
  • Strategic in thinking and able to look beyond short term sales conversations.
  • Responsible in handling client relationships, internal coordination, and team guidance.
  • Able to manage pressure, negotiations, changing requirements, and multiple priorities professionally.
