Role Description
Brightleaf Maritime Marketing is seeking a full-time Senior Business Development Manager to join our team on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
In this role, you will lead business development efforts, identify and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the maritime industry, and create plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
The day-to-day responsibilities include client relationship management, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, collaborating with marketing for targeted campaigns, and providing insights to refine business strategies.
You will act as the bridge between our clients and maritime stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with innovative and tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, particularly in the maritime or related industries
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other platforms for lead generation and outreach
- Strategic thinking, market analysis, and business strategy planning abilities
- Ability to meet revenue targets and develop long-term relationships with clients
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in marketing collaboration to align messaging with business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Knowledge of the maritime industry and familiarity with ship management companies is a strong advantage
- Proactive mindset, team-oriented attitude, and ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
