We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who can lead growth initiatives, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive long-term commercial success across our travel and mobility services portfolio.

This is not just a sales role.

You will shape market expansion strategies, identify new revenue opportunities, and influence business decisions that directly impact our growth trajectory.

You will work closely with leadership, operations, and client-facing teams to create scalable partnerships and sustainable commercial outcomes.

Client Relationship Management

Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and industry stakeholders while identifying opportunities for upselling and account expansion.

Market Expansion

Research emerging trends, identify new business opportunities, and recommend commercial strategies to enter or strengthen presence in target markets.

Team Leadership

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level business development professionals while supporting a culture of accountability and performance excellence.

Commercial Negotiation

Lead high-level negotiations, partnership discussions, and proposal development while ensuring mutually beneficial business outcomes.

Performance Reporting

Track business performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management for continuous growth improvement.

Experience

6+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, sales leadership, or commercial strategy, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.

Industry Knowledge

Experience in travel, hospitality, corporate services, mobility, logistics, or customer-focused industries is highly preferred.

Communication Skills

Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and build lasting business relationships.

Leadership Style

You can mentor teams, manage priorities effectively, and maintain strong performance standards in fast-paced environments.

Mindset

You are strategic yet practical.

You know how to balance long-term business opportunities with immediate commercial priorities and measurable outcomes.

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR21,000.00 per month
