We are looking for a **Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d)** who can take ownership of our commercial growth strategy.
You are not simply generating leads; you are building long-term partnerships, identifying high-value opportunities, and shaping revenue strategy.
You will lead key client relationships, collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams, and help position the company for long-term expansion in competitive markets.

Business Growth Ownership
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and commercial expansion initiatives that support company objectives.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with enterprise clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
Commercial Strategy
Develop and execute business development strategies, sales forecasting, and market penetration plans to support sustainable revenue growth.
Team Leadership
Provide mentorship and direction to junior and mid-level business development professionals.
Support performance improvement and encourage a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Market Intelligence
Conduct competitor analysis, monitor market trends, and identify emerging opportunities to strengthen positioning and business performance.
Stakeholder Management
Present business strategies, partnership opportunities, and commercial proposals to senior leadership and external stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Experience
6+ years of experience in business development, account management, commercial strategy, or enterprise partnerships, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or mentoring capacity.
Commercial Track Record
Demonstrated success in building partnerships, growing accounts, negotiating contracts, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Tooling
Comfortable using CRM platforms, reporting tools, sales pipeline systems, and business analytics to drive informed decision-making.
Language Skills
English (B2/C1) is required for business communication and documentation.
Arabic language skills are considered an advantage for regional stakeholder engagement.
Mindset
You are strategic, commercially driven, and relationship-focused.
You understand when to move quickly on opportunities and when to invest time in building long-term value.
Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
