- High level of commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software (e.g., MS Office, presentation tools)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to regional markets are an asset

Role Description
- The Senior Business Development Manager / Business Development Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across target markets.
- The role includes researching potential clients, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts and commercial terms, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services.
- The manager will track market trends and competitor activities, provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports, and contribute to strategic planning and pipeline management.
- This role also involves attending industry events, representing the company with professionalism, and continuously improving business development processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management roles.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Dubai, with strong knowledge of the local business environment, market dynamics, and client network.
- Previous experience in a related industry or B2B environment is highly preferred.
- Candidates without relevant Dubai based business development experience will not be considered.
Qualifications

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
