Responsibilities

Requirements

- 6 years of ADNOC earthwork experience (Required)
- 5 years of ADNOC inside CICPA experience (Required)
- Strong skills in client relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder communication
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare business proposals and presentations
- Proficiency with office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Business Development Manager role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support the growth of the company’s project portfolio.
- Daily responsibilities include researching market trends, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with internal project and operations teams, and attending client meetings and industry events.
- The role also involves managing a sales pipeline, monitoring competitor activity, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership.
- The Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure client needs are understood and integrated into service offerings.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development specially in ADNOC AREAS like HABSHAN, RUWAIS INSIDE CICPA , sales, or account management, ideally within construction, earthwork , contracting, or related industries.
- Strong skills in client relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare clear business proposals and presentations.
- Proficiency with common office and CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and reports.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE construction market and local business practices is an advantage.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively on site with diverse teams and maintain a professional, inclusive approach to clients and colleagues.
Pay
- AED 5,001.32 AED 26,530.04 per month
