Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven and customer-centric In-Store Business Development Executive to spearhead the promotion and enrollment of the Golden Peacock Jewellery Purchase Plan.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for walk-in customers, educating them on the financial benefits of our 11-month advance payment scheme.

Your goal is to maximize plan subscriptions, build long-term customer relationships, and drive future gold and diamond sales through the program.

• Actively approach and engage with walk-in customers on the showroom floor to introduce the Golden Peacock Jewellery Purchase Plan.
• Clearly articulate the plan's benefits, terms, maturity periods, and loyalty rewards (e.g., the 1-month loyalty reward upon completion of 11 installments).
• Consult with customers to understand their upcoming milestones (weddings, anniversaries) and tailor the pitch to show how the plan makes purchasing exquisite jewellery more accessible.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets for the purchase plan.
• Convert casual walk-ins and one-time buyers into loyal, long-term subscribers by highlighting the exclusive discounts and zero-wastage benefits (if applicable).
• Guide customers to appropriate monthly subscription tiers (e.g., minimum commitments to premium brackets) based on their budget and future jewellery requirements.

• Maintain a detailed CRM database of leads, existing subscribers, and prospective clients.
