Role Overview
Join the Property Management and Real Estate team as an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager.
Grow the client portfolio across property sales, real estate brokerage, property management, cleaning, and maintenance services.
Business Development Duties
- Generate new leads and acquire clients.
- Develop business opportunities in real estate and property management.
- Secure property management, cleaning, and maintenance contracts.
- Build relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, and corporate clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, real estate, property management, or facility management.
- Strong sales, negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate and property services market is an advantage.
- Results-oriented and proactive, with the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from AED 5,000 to AED 20,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
