Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and digital platforms
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to promote company services
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements tailored to client requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry gatherings to generate business opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
- Experience in marketing, advertising, digital media, or agency sales is highly preferred
