🚨 WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE 🚨
Beauty & Wellness Sector – UAE
Laurus LLC, distributor of premium natural and organic skincare and wellness brands, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to help expand our presence across the UAE and GCC region.
This is an outdoor field sales role for a proactive “hunter” personality capable of opening new accounts, growing sales, and building strong client relationships across pharmacies, wellness centers, organic stores, clinics, and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and open new accounts across all Emirates
- Grow sales within existing accounts
- Support expansion into GCC markets
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings
- Follow up on collections and customer relationships
- Coordinate closely with internal operations and logistics team
- Support sell-through activities and market expansion
- Report directly to management and work closely with the Management
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, pharmacy, FMCG
- Proven business development and field sales experience in the UAE market
- Existing UAE market relationships and network preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Energetic, organized, target-driven, and self-motivated
- UAE driving license required
- Must have own vehicle
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- References will be checked
