The role is for a Business Development Executive responsible for client relationships, on-site customer visits, new business development, and promotion of marine and safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients and project sites to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities through field sales and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marine and safety solutions.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, interactions, and follow-ups.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 4–5 years of field sales experience.
- Experience in marine, safety, industrial, or technical sales is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong outdoor sales and client-handling experience is advantageous.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in field sales.
- Good planning, reporting, and follow-up skills.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 8,500 per month.
