About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Implement key account strategies and achieve assigned business development and sales KPIs.
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers through market research, networking, industry events, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and business opportunities.
• Conduct customer outreach through meetings, email, telephone, social media, and other appropriate channels.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop appropriate solutions.
• Participate in customer projects and recommend Carrier products, services, and solutions that address customer needs.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, bids, contracts, and commercial responses.
• Review bid opportunities and participate in negotiations with prospective customers.
• Develop new customer contacts and proactively identify target accounts and growth opportunities.
• Customize end-to-end packaged offerings based on customer feedback, market requirements, and business needs.
• Monitor UAE market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within CRM systems.
• Prepare and analyze reports covering KPIs, sales metrics, pipeline performance, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Represent Carrier at relevant trade shows, customer events, workshops, and industry engagements when required.
• Organize and support customer workshops and engagement activities to strengthen relationships and increase Carrier’s visibility.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategies that position Carrier as the customer’s preferred partner.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Mechanical Engineering background is preferred.
• MBA or additional business qualification is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, sales, or a related commercial role.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market , with experience working with government sectors and/or key accounts preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, climate, building, or energy solutions is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic , both written and spoken.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM and standard business applications.
