About the Group
Reliant Surveyors is a UAE real estate valuation and advisory firm established in Dubai in 1977.
The wider group provides valuation, brokerage, advisory, accounting, tax, corporate services, research, and investment advisory offerings.
Business Development and Sales
- Build a qualified pipeline and approach target clients across banking, real estate, asset management, professional firms, family offices, and corporate finance.
- Generate leads, qualify commercial requirements, maintain pipeline data, and achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare, present, negotiate, and manage proposals, scopes of work, fee terms, and engagement letters through to handover.
Institutional and Revenue Management
- Manage UAE bank panel applications, empanelment processes, renewals, documentation, and relationships across credit, risk, retail lending, and corporate banking.
- Own client relationships through settlement, monitor receivables, escalate ageing balances, and ensure fee and purchase-order documentation is complete.
- Track market pricing and competitor activity, support service positioning, and identify cross-selling opportunities across group offerings.
Reporting and Governance
- Maintain accurate client, proposal, pipeline, and conversion records and submit weekly activity and pipeline reports.
- Ensure client onboarding, KYC, confidentiality, conflict-of-interest, and internal compliance requirements are completed correctly.
- Represent the group at industry events and contribute to marketing content, case studies, credentials, and go-to-market planning.
Required Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of UAE business development or corporate sales experience.
- Track record of selling professional, financial, or property-related services to corporate or institutional clients and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience with senior credit, risk, or corporate banking contacts and knowledge of the UAE real estate and financial services market.
- Strong written and spoken English and business fluency in written and spoken Arabic.
Required Skills
- Consultative selling, commercial negotiation, relationship building, presentation, and proposal writing.
- Commercial judgment on pricing, scoping, risk, and fee protection.
- Pipeline generation, CRM discipline, accurate reporting, persistence, and the ability to work across multiple group entities.
Desirable Qualifications
- A valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
- Existing UAE bank panel or credit department relationships are desirable.
- Working knowledge of valuation methodology, RICS Red Book standards, TAQEEM requirements, or professional services firms is desirable.
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary is listed at AED 8,000–10,000, depending on experience.
- Performance-based commission is payable on collected revenue once the individual target is met, with an accelerator above target.
- The role includes medical insurance, an employment visa, annual leave, an air ticket allowance, and professional development support.
Performance Expectations
Once the ramp is complete, the minimum fee revenue target is five times annual salary, measured on a collected basis.
Performance also includes qualified pipeline value, new client and bank panel growth, proposal conversion, fee levels, collections, reporting accuracy, client satisfaction, and cross-sell referrals.
