- Develop and execute growth strategy within hypermarkets (Carrefour, Panda, Danube, Othaim, etc.)
- Open new accounts and secure listing agreements
- Negotiate commercial terms, margins, and promotions
- Build strong relationships with category managers and buyers
- Drive sales expansion and market penetration
- Identify new opportunities for product placement and expansion
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain)
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in FMCG – Hypermarket / Modern Trade (KSA)
- Proven track record in listings, negotiations, and business expansion
- Strong network with key decision makers in hypermarkets
- Deep understanding of listing fees, promotions, and shelf space dynamics
- Highly results driven mindset
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Position Overview
