Role Description
- The Senior Business Analyst role at CIANSUNG INTEL TECH is a part time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home arrangements.
- The Senior Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- This role involves collaborating with cross functional teams to define business requirements, document processes, and develop recommendations for technology solutions and process enhancements.
- The Senior Business Analyst will prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders and support data driven decision making.
- Additional responsibilities include supporting project planning, tracking progress against objectives, and ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into actionable technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation of functional specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) and comfort working with large data sets.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate with technical and non technical teams and present findings clearly.
- Experience working in hybrid or cross cultural environments, with the ability to manage time and priorities in both on site and remote settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI PBA) are an advantage.
- Background in technology, innovation, or data driven organizations; experience in the Dubai or broader Middle East market is beneficial.
