Lead requirements analysis activities on medium to large projects across planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management.
The role requires business and systems analysis experience, agile expertise, digital product experience, and financial services knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Perform stakeholder analysis and identify stakeholder responsibilities.
- Develop requirements plans and completion estimates while improving estimate accuracy.
- Manage requirements risks, assumptions, and constraints.
- Define the business analysis approach, tasks, and deliverables.
- Lead requirements prioritization and facilitate stakeholder discovery and review sessions.
- Bridge business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document, verify, validate, and maintain business and system requirements.
- Support design, development, quality engineering, testing, defect triage, and root-cause analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Business Systems Analyst, preferably in large financial institutions.
- Strong business and technical analysis experience with the ability to connect business needs to technical solutions.
- Experience with user stories, specifications, context diagrams, process maps, use cases, and user story maps.
- Experience with digital online and mobile banking projects.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and agile projects.
- Experience with document analysis, interviews, workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, and surveys.
Preferred Qualifications
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar business analysis certification is preferred.
- CSM, CSPO, or similar agile certification is preferred.
- A Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis is preferred.
