Join RBC’s Digital team to deliver exceptional mobile banking app experiences.
Lead requirements analysis activities for medium to large projects.
Apply business and systems analysis expertise in an agile digital banking environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform stakeholder analysis and identify stakeholder responsibilities.
- Develop requirements plans, estimates, and analysis approaches.
- Lead requirements prioritization and facilitate discovery, analysis, review, and validation sessions.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Document and maintain business and system requirements using enterprise standards.
- Support design, development, quality engineering, testing, defect triage, and root-cause analysis.
- Resolve or escalate requirements issues and support methodology adherence.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Strong business and technical analysis experience.
- Experience with user stories, specifications, context diagrams, process maps, use cases, and story maps.
- Experience on digital online and mobile banking projects.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and agile projects.
- Experience with document analysis, interviews, workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, and surveys.
Preferred qualifications
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is preferred.
- Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or similar are preferred.
- A Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis is preferred.
