Lead requirements analysis activities on medium to large projects.
The role combines business and systems analysis in an agile financial services environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform stakeholder analysis and identify stakeholder responsibilities.
- Develop requirements plans, estimates, and analysis approaches.
- Lead requirements prioritization and facilitate discovery, analysis, review, and prioritization sessions.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Analyze, document, verify, and validate business and system requirements.
- Maintain reusable requirements documentation and support enterprise standards.
- Support design, development, QE testing, defect triage, and root-cause analysis.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst and/or Business Systems Analyst experience, preferably in large financial institutions.
- Strong business and technical analysis experience with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
- Experience with user stories, specifications, context diagrams, process maps, use cases, and user story maps.
- Experience with digital online and mobile banking projects.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and agile projects.
- Experience with document analysis, interviews, workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, and surveys.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
- CSM, CSPO, or similar agile certification.
- Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis.
