Lead requirements analysis on medium to large projects across business and systems analysis.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform stakeholder analysis and develop requirements plans, estimates, and delivery approaches.
- Manage requirements risks, assumptions, constraints, prioritization, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate requirements discovery, analysis, review, and prioritization sessions.
- Bridge business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document, verify, validate, and maintain detailed requirements using enterprise standards.
- Support design, development, quality engineering, test planning, defect triage, and root-cause analysis.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, preferably in large financial institutions.
- Strong business and technical analysis experience.
- Experience with user stories, specifications, context diagrams, process maps, use cases, and story maps.
- Experience on digital online and mobile banking projects.
- Hands-on agile methodology and agile project experience.
- Experience with document analysis, interviews, workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, or surveys.
Preferred Qualifications
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, CSPO, or similar certification is preferred.
- A Master's Certificate in Business Analysis is preferred.
