Opportunity

What You Will Do

• Perform stakeholder analysis to identify impacted groups and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Develop requirements plans and accurate completion estimates.
• Manage requirements risks, assumptions, and constraints and communicate them to appropriate parties.
• Define the business analysis approach, tasks, and deliverables for each project methodology.
• Lead requirements prioritization and facilitate discovery, analysis, review, and prioritization sessions.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze, document, verify, and validate business and system requirements using enterprise standards.
• Maintain reusable requirements documentation aligned with enterprise and digital standards.
• Resolve Business Analysis team conflicts and issues and escalate when required.
• Support design, development, and QE activities through clarification, test planning, defect triage, and root-cause analysis.
• Support consistency with enterprise requirements methodology within the Business Analysis team.
• Build rapport and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Business Systems Analyst, preferably within large financial institutions.
• Strong business and technical analysis experience with the ability to connect business needs and technical solutions.
• Experience with user stories, business and systems specifications, business context diagrams, process maps, use cases, and user story maps.
• Experience working on digital, online, or mobile banking projects.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and agile projects.
• Experience with requirements elicitation techniques including document analysis, interviews, workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, and surveys.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
• An agile certification such as CSM, CSPO, or similar.
• A Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis.
