Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of GRC policies, processes, and practices
- Conduct current state and future state assessments of business processes, identifying gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Assess enterprise systems, SaaS, and cloud platforms to identify control gaps and recommend improvements
- Define and support the implementation of improved operating models aligned with a product centric and platform enabled approach
- Perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends, risks, and areas for continuous improvement
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, validate findings, and support the implementation of recommendations
Requirements
- Knowledge of GRC frameworks, practices, and operating models
- Experience leveraging GRC platforms to support risk, compliance, and control management
- Ability to assess enterprise systems, SaaS, and cloud platforms to identify risks and control gaps
- Experience conducting gap analyses and defining future state processes and operating models
