About the Role
ShipBee is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for a 3-month onsite contract in Doha, Qatar. You will analyze complex datasets, develop data-driven solutions, create dashboards, and lead sprint sessions with development teams.

- Analyze complex datasets to identify process optimization opportunities
- Develop data driven solutions that improve operational efficiency
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Create dashboards and reports that drive KPI improvements
- Create project documentation such as BRD, FRD, SRS, US
- Write product backlogs on Azure DevOps and list user stories
- Lead sprints designing sessions with development teams
Requirements
- 4+ years in business analysis or analytics
- Expert in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools
- Strong problem solving and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant
