Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts with 4 to 12 years of experience to join our Compliance Services team.

The role involves working closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and stakeholders across regions to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into implementable NICE solutions.

The candidate will play a key role in client engagements, solution presentations, requirement documentation, and successful project delivery.

• 4–12 years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking domains
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) i.e.

in client-facing roles

• Experience in Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), and Traceability Matrix preparation
• Strong requirement elicitation and analysis skills
• Ability to map business requirements to NICE solutions
• Experience with database queries, UNIX/Linux, and editing tools
• Experience managing multiple concurrent IT/software projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and MS Teams
• Hybrid Working - following NiCE policy of working min. 2 days from office, however, may increase based on the project needs
• Shift Timing – General shift timing is 1230-2130 IST; however, resource may need to support US hours based on project needs
