- Lead requirements gathering and analysis for complex, multi stakeholder software products
- Own the requirements to release process across the full SDLC within Agile environment
- Break down complex features into well structured epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with QA to define test strategy and acceptance criteria, and execute functional, regression, and UAT testing
- Act as go to analyst for technically or organizationally complex initiatives
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive backlog prioritization with Product Owner
- Identify cross functional risks and dependencies early, manage trade offs
- Mentor junior BAs/QA analysts and establish best practices
Requirements
- 12+ years as a Business Analyst on complex software products
- Proven experience owning requirements across full Agile SDLC on technically complex initiatives
- Hands on QA experience: test case design, test execution, defect tracking, UAT coordination
- Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities across cross functional teams
- Proficiency with Agile tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP or PMI PBA) and/or Agile (CSPO, CSM, PSM) preferred
- ISTQB or equivalent QA/testing certification preferred
- Experience on SaaS or customer facing digital products at scale preferred
- Familiarity with API based/integrated architectures preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Break down complex features involving multiple system integrations into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with QA to define test strategy and acceptance criteria, and personally execute functional, regression, and UAT testing.
- Act as the go to analyst for technically or organizationally complex initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive backlog prioritization decisions with the Product Owner.
- Identify cross functional risks and dependencies early, and proactively manage trade offs.
- Mentor junior BAs/QA analysts and help establish best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years as a Business Analyst on complex software products.
- Proven experience owning requirements across the full Agile SDLC on technically complex initiatives.
- Hands on QA experience: test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and UAT coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities across large, cross functional teams.
- Proficiency with Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to speak in detail about the complexity of specific products built.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP or PMI PBA) and/or Agile (CSPO, CSM, PSM).
- ISTQB or equivalent QA/testing certification.
- Experience on SaaS or customer facing digital products at scale.
- Familiarity with API based/integrated architectures and reading technical documentation.
