Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to support the planning, evaluation, and delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives
- Develop decision requests, information notes, and delivery plans to support executive and governance decision making
- Prepare concise business value assessments that articulate benefits and impacts of proposed technology changes
- Lead end to end business analysis activities including requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management
- Translate complex business needs into clear, well defined business and system requirements
- Plan, conduct, and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and consultations
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to contribute to high level solution design, business analytics, and test scenarios
- Plan and deliver comprehensive walkthroughs, demonstrations, presentations, and knowledge sharing sessions
- Provide leadership and guidance to Business Analysts, overseeing requirements activities across multiple concurrent projects
- Assist with production support activities including issue triage, root cause analysis, impact assessment, and resolution coordination
Requirements
- Post secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years Business Analysis experience conducting complex business analysis, business requirements, and IT specifications
- Business area experience and/or background in insurance, finance or government programs (asset)
- Subject matter expertise in Guidewire (PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter) (asset)
- Experience working in scaled agile delivery (SAFe) (asset)
- CCBA or CBAP certification (asset)

- Agricorp is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Program Change and Readiness team within our Program Development division.
- The role partners with senior leadership to evaluate and support the delivery of strategic business initiatives.
In This Role, You Will
