About the Role
INVOKE is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the delivery of intelligent automation and AI solutions for clients. The role involves managing end-to-end project execution, translating business requirements into user stories and PDDs, and coordinating testing and deployment.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end delivery of intelligent automation and AI solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client success criteria
- Partner with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into clear user stories, Process Design Documents (PDDs), and solution delivery plans
- Manage project execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, timelines, risks, and issue resolution throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Facilitate communication between clients, Solution Architects, developers, and Customer Success Managers, serving as the primary delivery point of contact
- Coordinate testing activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, go live readiness, and hypercare support
- Monitor project health through status reporting, RAID tracking, and delivery metrics while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging AI tools, conducting project retrospectives, and incorporating lessons learned into future engagements
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities for account expansion and collaborating with Customer Success on client relationship development
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or a related client facing role
- Experience managing end to end software, intelligent automation, or digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and project governance
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical delivery plans and user stories
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and risk management skills
- Experience coordinating UAT, deployment activities, and post production support
- Comfortable working in fast paced consulting environments with multiple concurrent client engagements
- Experience delivering Intelligent Automation, RPA, or AI enabled solutions (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with UiPath or other automation platforms (Nice to have)
- Experience with Design Thinking or process discovery workshops (Nice to have)
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, CBAP, PMI ACP, SAFe, or equivalent (Nice to have)
