About The Role
IGNITE is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Lead Consultant to play a key role in delivering successful CTRM/ETRM implementations for global clients.
This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for driving solution design, guiding implementation, and ensuring successful delivery across complex trading environments.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while contributing to best practices, product evolution, and internal capability development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional workstreams across end-to-end CTRM/ETRM implementations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client-side stakeholders on functional matters
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Translate complex business processes into scalable system solutions
- Partner with project managers to support planning, delivery, and client communication
- Provide subject matter expertise across trading, risk, logistics, and operations workflows
- Support pre-sales activities including demos, solutioning, and proposal development
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices and frameworks
- Identify opportunities for additional consulting or system enhancements within client engagements
• Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10+ years of experience in CTRM/ETRM, commodity trading, or related systems
- Strong functional knowledge across one or more areas: trading, risk, logistics, settlements, or PnL
- Proven experience delivering enterprise system implementations
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and lead workstreams across multiple engagements
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with leading CTRM platforms (e.g., Endur, Allegro, Aspect, etc.) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
