Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis and solution design for Fixed Income products including bonds, derivatives and exotics
- Work directly with Sales, Traders, Business Managers and Department Heads to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Demonstrate strong understanding of front to back trade lifecycle including deal capture, downstream processing, P&L, risk management, accounting and settlements
- Own end to end delivery including functional design, development coordination, testing, implementation and user support
- Identify business and system risks and propose mitigation strategies with clear business impact analysis
- Lead and mentor Business Analysts and support delivery across distributed teams and time zones
Requirements
- 6 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong Fixed Income and Derivatives domain expertise
- Strong, first hand knowledge and experience in Securities Financing Transactions (SFT)
- Fixed Income domain expertise and quantitative skills
- Proven experience in Trade Processing and Risk Management systems
- Ability to manually calculate P&L and explain risk concepts
- Working knowledge of Fixed Income, FX and Money Market products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- We are looking for a candidate with strong, first hand knowledge and experience in Securities Financing Transactions (SFT).
- The selected individual will be working on a project heavily focused on SFT products such as floating repos, securities lending, and buy/sell backs.
- A key part of the role also involves working closely with traders who deal in these products.
- A candidate with a strong SFT background will be able to hit the ground running and will significantly reduce the time needed for onboarding and knowledge transfer.

- Working knowledge of Fixed Income, FX and Money Market products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non technical teams, including remote colleagues.
