Purolator is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Finance Excellence to serve as a functional subject matter expert for contract, revenue, and integration management processes within SAP.

Responsibilities
- Support long term ERP Roadmap aimed at transforming business processes in Contract, Revenue, and Integration Management
- Assist with completion of detailed scope and business requirements
- Responsible for all testing activities within Contract, Revenue, and Integration Management including developing test scripts, executing UAT, and reporting defects
- Provide incident management support to contract, revenue and integration management business functions
- Challenge and review processes regularly to implement adequate controls and identify gaps
- Create training materials and facilitate training workshops for new ERP system functionality
- Provide leadership and guidance in Lean and Continuous Improvement transformation
- Review rating errors and manage error handling processes
Requirements
- Equivalent to University Graduation in Business Administration or Accounting
- Recognized diploma or certification related to Business/System Analytics or Testing Analytics
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience
- Ability to multi task and analyze data from multiple sources
- Resolve problems with minimal direction
- Initiate process improvement and alternative solutioning recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
- Proficiency in English

Description
- The Senior Business Analyst, Finance Excellence will serve as a functional subject matter expert for all contract, revenue and integration management processes within SAP and legacy systems.
- This role will support stabilization activities and issue resolutions and be the Subject Matter expert within Contract and Revenue Management.
Responsibilities
- Supports long term ERP Roadmap aimed at transforming business processes in Contract, Revenue, and Integration Management
- Assist with completion of detailed scope and business requirements
- Responsible for all testing activities within Contract, Revenue, and Integration Management including developing test scripts, executing UAT, and reporting defects
- Provide incident management support to contract, revenue and integration management business functions
- Challenge and review processes regularly to implement adequate controls and identify gaps
- Create materials and facilitate training workshops for new ERP system functionality

Education and Experience
- Equivalent to University Graduation in Business Administration or Accounting
- Recognized diploma or certification related to Business/System Analytics or Testing Analytics
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience
- Previous experience testing on SAP S/4 HANA and BRIM, specifically Convergent Charging are considered an asset
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
- Ability to perform complex formulas in excel and create pivot tables
- Experience in robotic process automation (RPA) and/or using co pilot agents to build automation
- Effective communication and detailed oriented
