Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, requirements gathering and business analysis activities across business, technical and program stakeholders
- Define reporting requirements and help shape how reporting capability is delivered across the MoF program
- Partner with technical teams to support reporting and data solutions using platforms such as Snowflake, Power BI and other analytics technologies
- Develop reporting processes, governance frameworks, standard operating procedures and supporting documentation
- Analyse current and future state processes and identify opportunities to improve reporting, information management and operational efficiency
- Bring structure and clarity to evolving business requirements and complex program environments
- Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder expectations and build strong working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Support solution design, testing and implementation activities
Requirements
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance
- Experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex technology, digital transformation or healthcare environments
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process analysis, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and documentation
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and bring structure to evolving programs
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across complex environments with competing priorities
- Experience delivering reporting, analytics or data focused initiatives
- Experience developing reporting frameworks, governance processes, business procedures or operating models
- Familiarity with Power BI, Snowflake or similar reporting and analytics platforms

About the Role
- As a Senior Business Analyst on the My Health Record on FHIR (MoF) program, you'll contribute to a major national digital health initiative focused on improving how health information is shared and accessed across Australia.
- You'll play a key role in establishing reporting capability across the program, working with business, technical and program teams to define requirements, develop reporting governance and operating processes and support the delivery of practical reporting solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
