The Senior Technical Business Analyst will support a large-scale data and analytics transformation for a client.

The role bridges business subject matter experts and technical delivery teams.

The analyst will produce delivery-ready requirements that engineers, architects and analytics developers can estimate and implement.

Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, data engineers, architects and analytics teams.
Translate business needs into actionable requirements and document processes, data flows, business rules and reporting requirements.
Develop source-to-target data mappings, transformation rules and data definitions.
Create epics, features and user stories with acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
Break complex initiatives into appropriately sized and sequenced stories.
Identify dependencies, assumptions, risks, blockers and required decisions.
Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning and requirements walkthroughs.
Support engineering and analytics teams through delivery by resolving ambiguity.
Coordinate business validation, user acceptance testing and stakeholder approval.
