Blackbook AI is a data and AI consultancy serving enterprise clients across Australia and North America.

The company is expanding its Sydney delivery capability and is seeking experienced Business Analysts for client delivery work.

The role spans discovery with clients and collaboration with data engineering and delivery teams.

Run discovery sessions and requirements workshops with stakeholders from analyst through executive level.
Translate business processes and pain points into clear, testable requirements.
Perform source system mapping, data quality assessment, and definition of metrics and reporting requirements.
Document solutions in a form that engineering teams can build from.
Support UAT, change management, and client adoption.
Work alongside data engineers, platform architects, and automation developers.

At least four years of Business Analyst experience on technology projects.
Experience with data, analytics, AI, or automation initiatives and platforms such as Databricks, Azure, AWS, Power BI, or UiPath.
Strong stakeholder facilitation skills and confidence leading workshops.
