Overview
We are looking for a senior functional Business Analyst to work onsite in Riyadh within large-scale banking and CRM programs.
This role requires a BA who can work closely with business units, especially in Real Estate Finance and Mortgage, acting as a trusted bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Strong domain understanding in banking and mortgage journeys is core to success in this role.
Your Impact
- Act as a functional Business Analyst embedded with banking business units, with primary focus on Real Estate Finance and Mortgage
- Work closely with mortgage and retail banking teams to capture, structure, and validate business requirements
- Analyze end-to-end customer journeys in real estate financing and mortgage lifecycle processes
- Translate business needs into high-quality functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Support CRM initiatives across requirement analysis, design validation, and UAT phases
- Collaborate daily with business stakeholders and delivery squads to ensure clarity and alignment
- Proactively identify gaps and improvement opportunities in mortgage processes and customer journeys
- Maintain requirement traceability and documentation discipline
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement
- Build strong onsite relationships with business and delivery teams to support smooth collaboration
