Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis initiatives that support strategic planning, operational excellence, and organizational transformation
- Evaluate business processes, analyze complex data, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver actionable recommendations
- Work closely with cross functional teams and key stakeholders to gather business requirements, assess operational challenges, define solution strategies, and ensure successful implementation
- Conduct business and data analysis, document functional requirements, prepare reports and presentations, monitor key performance indicators, facilitate process optimization, and support change management activities
- Contribute to business case development, performance measurement, project planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, process mapping, requirements gathering, data analysis, performance measurement, and business process improvement
- Familiarity with business intelligence platforms, data visualization tools, reporting systems, and project management practices is beneficial

- As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead business analysis initiatives that support strategic planning, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.
