Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve operations and strategic decision making
- Gather and interpret data from various business units, preparing reports and dashboards
- Recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with leadership and cross functional teams to refine business planning, optimize customer service workflows, and enhance overall efficiency
- Document requirements and support implementation of new initiatives
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders in a remote work setting
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, problem solving, and reporting
- Business and business planning skills, with experience in strategy, forecasting, and process optimization
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Customer service skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and improving service delivery
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, preferably in services, travel, or hospitality industries
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms) and familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced certification in business analysis is an advantage
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part time capacity, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
