- Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and inspectors to resolve code related issues during pre construction and construction phases

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in building code compliance, inspection, or related engineering roles
- Proficient with building codes such as International Building Code (IBC), National Electrical Code (NEC), and local jurisdictional requirements
- Strong technical reading comprehension to interpret construction documents, blueprints, and engineering drawings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare clear compliance reports and provide actionable feedback
