• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Bridge Manager to join our Vancouver, BC office. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and project management for a range of high-profile transportation infrastructure projects, with a focus on bridges, overpasses, and related structures. You will work within a growing team environment delivering feasibility studies, condition assessments, design, project management, and construction support services.
• Key Responsibilities
• -Lead and manage bridge and structural engineering projects from planning through construction. -Provide technical leadership and mentorship to multidisciplinary teams. -Serve as Project Manager and/or Engineer of Record for bridge projects. -Lead the design and rehabilitation of bridges, retaining walls, culverts, foundations, and other transportation structures. -Review and approve engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents. -Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and resource requirements. -Prepare and review construction cost estimates and support project budgeting. -Provide construction support services, including review of shop drawings, RFIs, and site inspections. -Ensure compliance with CHBDC, BC Ministry of Transportation and Transit standards, municipal requirements, and other applicable codes and regulations. -Support business development activities, including client engagement, proposal preparation, interviews, and strategic pursuits. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders. -Contribute to the growth and success of the Bridges and Structures practice. -Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive team environment while supporting staff development and succession planning.
