Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand marketing plans, including campaigns, activations, and content that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement
- Coordinate marketing projects, collaborate with cross functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure brand consistency across channels
- Analyze market research and performance data, translate insights into actionable strategies
- Support sales initiatives with targeted marketing materials
- Prepare reports, present recommendations to stakeholders, and continuously optimize brand activities to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
- Market Research skills, including data analysis, customer insight generation, and competitive benchmarking
- Sales and Marketing skills, with experience supporting revenue growth, brand positioning, and campaign execution
- Project Management skills, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of multiple initiatives
- Relevant experience in brand marketing, preferably in consumer goods or services, and familiarity with digital and social media channels
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Riyadh, collaborating with in office and remote team members
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proficiency with common productivity and presentation tools

Role Description
- The Senior Brand Marketing Associate is a full time, hybrid role based in Riyadh, with flexibility for partial work from home.
- This role is responsible for developing and executing brand marketing plans, including campaigns, activations, and content that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Day to day tasks include coordinating marketing projects, collaborating with cross functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring brand consistency across channels.
- The Senior Brand Marketing Associate will analyze market research and performance data, translate insights into actionable strategies, and support sales initiatives with targeted marketing materials.
