First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Senior Branch Optimization and Support Analyst to join the Branch Service Delivery Team.
The Senior Branch Optimization & Support Analyst serves as a strategic business partner responsible for driving operational excellence, process optimization, service consistency, and successful implementation of initiatives across the branch network.
This role independently evaluates branch operations, analyzes performance trends, identifies opportunities for improvement, and develops solutions that enhance efficiency, employee effectiveness, customer experience, and operational performance.
Beyond analysis and recommendations, the Senior Analyst is accountable for facilitating cross-functional collaboration, managing complex initiatives and implementations, evaluating operational impacts and risks, and promoting sustainable process improvements that support the strategic direction of the branch network.
