About the Role
Hikma Najd Contracting is seeking a Senior BMS Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Jeddah. You will lead sales and technical promotion of Building Management Systems, manage the full sales cycle, prepare technical proposals, conduct site visits, and collaborate with engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead sales and technical promotion of Building Management Systems (BMS) and related solutions
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage pipeline, and drive full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Prepare and present technical and commercial offers, conduct site visits, and perform needs assessments
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate system design and cost estimates
- Meet with clients, consultants, and contractors; deliver product demonstrations; provide pre sales technical support
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
Requirements
- Strong Sales Engineering and BMS expertise, including solution design and system integration understanding
- Proficiency in Sales, opportunity management, and pipeline development with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Experience in Technical Support and pre sales engineering, including site surveys and technical clarifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field
- Solid understanding of HVAC controls, low current systems, and integration with other building systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design or estimation tools for BMS projects
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Role Description
- The Senior BMS Sales Engineer is a full time, on site role based in Jeddah, responsible for leading the sales and technical promotion of Building Management Systems (BMS) and related solutions.
