The position requires expertise in smart contracts, decentralized applications, blockchain architecture, Web3 technologies, and blockchain security.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable blockchain applications and Web3 solutions.
- Develop, test, deploy, and optimize Solidity smart contracts on EVM-compatible networks.
- Build and integrate DApps with blockchain networks.
- Develop blockchain APIs, backend services, wallets, token systems, and Web3 integrations.
- Integrate blockchain solutions with AI technologies, LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
- Conduct smart contract testing, debugging, optimization, and security reviews.
- Collaborate with AI, backend, frontend, and product teams.
- Design production-ready blockchain architectures and resolve technical issues.
Technical Skills
- Required technologies include Solidity, Ethereum, EVM networks, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, and Web3.js or Ethers.js.
- Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python is required.
- Experience with REST APIs, backend services, token standards, cryptography, databases, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud environments is required.
- Required blockchain domains include DeFi, DApps, NFTs, DAOs, tokenization, and blockchain security.
AI and Emerging Technologies
- The role requires understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered applications.
- Experience integrating AI APIs and LLM platforms, including OpenAI or similar services, is required.
- Familiarity with AI agents and agentic workflows is required.
- RAG, vector databases, decentralized AI, and AI-powered Web3 projects are preferred or advantageous.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on Blockchain or Web3 development experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, independence, and ownership of technical projects.
- Candidates should be able to design and implement production-ready blockchain solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Optimism, or other EVM-compatible networks is preferred.
- Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, or similar blockchain development frameworks is preferred.
- Knowledge of smart contract auditing and blockchain security tools is preferred.
- Experience with DeFi protocols, decentralized exchanges, staking, lending, or tokenization is preferred.
- Open-source blockchain or Web3 contributions are advantageous.
