Role Description
The Senior BIM Coordinator - Architecture is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
The position leads architectural BIM coordination, model management, standards compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination throughout project stages.
The role collaborates with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain accurate information flow and meet client requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee clash detection and resolution and guide integration between architectural and MEP models.
- Support design teams with model setup and maintenance and prepare detailed documentation and deliverables.
- Mentor junior BIM staff and contribute to process improvements and best-practice implementation.
Qualifications
- Strong BIM coordination and Building Information Modeling skills are required.
- Architecture expertise and experience translating design intent into BIM models are required.
- Experience with MEP coordination and project management is required.
- Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar BIM tools is required.
- Experience with large-scale or complex building projects is required.
- International or GCC market experience is preferred.
- A relevant academic background in architecture, engineering, or a related field is required.
- Advanced BIM certifications or training are advantageous.
- The role requires on-site work in Riyadh.
